Apart from Valuations , Group Co VR Asset Resolution Consultants Pvt Ltd (an Insolvency Professional Entity registered with IBBI) is a team of Insolvency Professionals , Chartered Accountants , Company Secretaries & Lawyers who are acting as advisors for Buy Outs / Sell Outs Deals , supporting IPs as Process Advisors & assisting them in the resolution of the assets.

Team is experienced and has successfully done resolution of assets with exposure of more than 15 Bn.

VR ARC Valuations division provides valuations support for all asset class i.e. Financial Assets , Fixed Assets including Plant & Machinery , Land & Building . The Valuers are registered with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of Indi a (IBBI) & Wealth Tax Act for their respective asset class . Team also has SEBI Cat I Registered Merchant Bankers in team to take care of the valuations required under IT Act.

Team has an experience of handling more than 100 Valuations under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. For estimation of Fair Value & Liquidation Value for companies undergoing CIRP & Realizable Value for companies undergoing Liquidation Process . Apart from valuations under I B C , team of RV is also expert at providing Equity Valuations required for fresh issue of Shares under CA ’ 13 & Valuations required under IT Act for different purposes .
